2. Parts Request

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a parts request. Any errors or omissions may lead to delays or inaccuracies in the quotation and procurement process.
• TruParts reserves the right to decline or cancel a parts request if it violates our policies or if we are unable to source the requested parts.

3. Quotations

• Quotations provided by TruParts are based on the information provided in your parts request. Prices and lead times may vary based on the availability and condition of the requested parts.
• While we strive to offer competitive prices, TruParts does not guarantee the lowest price for every part.

4. Order Confirmation

• To confirm your order, a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable and is used to initiate the procurement process.

5. Payment Options

• TruParts offers two payment options:

• Bank Transfer: You can deposit the required amount into our designated bank account. Banking details will be provided upon request.
• In-Person Payment: If you are located in Lusaka, Zambia, you may make payments at our office outlet.

• Payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the specified time frame. Any additional fees or charges related to payments are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Procurement and Delivery

• TruParts will make every effort to source and deliver the requested parts within the estimated lead time. However, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
• The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon the arrival of your parts. Payment must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.

8. Liability and Disputes

• TruParts is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our services or the products procured through our service.
